Pffffft. We all know I've been playing SS in all my spare time.
Seriously though, it has been rather busy. Monday I don't even remember, Tuesday we went to Toco Hills to finish buying stuff for Passover (OMB We're less than 2 weeks away!) and got me some scrub pants to go with the outfit, Wednesday was my Psych appointment and I was scrambling to finish my work, Thursday we finished shopping for my stuff, and today has been insane business.
But first...

pokewifi literally give away eggs. So I have a bunch of stuff from DPP...

Now, for today's report:
Today keeps shifting between comedy of errors and good. On the one hand, I didn't need to go to math class today (Midterm study) but I wouldn't have heard a really funny joke if I hadn't. I also wouldn't have gotten my hair dye for my costume (well, more dye) or some knee highs for the shoes I got (the shoes are kind of small...).
On the other hand, I tripped carrying Matzo/Matzah/however you wanna spell it into synagogue and hurt myself. It didn't scrape up my elbow too bad, but my entire right arm hurts like hell now. Seriously, all the way up to my shoulder and down to my hand. D: What the heck did that fall do!?
And I now have a Matzah box corner shaped bruise on my face from where I fell on one DX
But I did find out Pokewalkers are amazingly resilent. Considering I fell on the side where it was...
It was seriously the first thing I checked. It's like "Please be okay Jigglypuff!" XD
And speaking of Pokemans...
I got THIS:

I found it at my local Walmart on the bottom of the case. It's the same price there as the game by itself.
Hell yeah I bought it.
I owe my parents a little money now, but that's okay. I'll pay them back when Mike hands me the cash for doing his cover tomorrow night.
Nice case, too. Has room for the DS and three games. So, HG, SS, and Pt. ^_^
Also, the figure rocks so hard. I have it being flanked by the legendary bird figures!
I need to take pics of my collection now... :)
I didn't even realize I was starting a figure collection back up until just now, but I really like collecting them. Next week I should have a Fearow figure and a Pachirisu plushie coming in.
I'm such a dork... >_>
But a happy one! ^_^
BTW, if anyone wants one of the special sets like the pic above, lemme know, and I can try to get it for you. You'll have to send the money, but...

Also, I barely got a figurine. Apparently Nintendo didn't send out enough for the preorders (O_o), and they had run out. Originally, the girl said "Um, we're out of Lugias... would you like 2 Ho-ohs?"

Considering this is the first cover I've ever done, I'd say it looks pretty damn good, IMHO.
Went to the mall today to swap out my shirt (it had some pulls in the silk), and to get Andy a shirt as well. His is a silver version of mine, more or less, and he looks ADORABLE. Gah, too bad men aren't usually attracted to older sisters with their cute baby brothers hanging around :P (I'll post pictures when we get the costumes together!)
Looking online to try to see if I can find a Ryoga piggy ("P-chan") plushie. Thankfully they're not too expensive.
But slacks are hard to find for me... x_x, and we still need shoes...
OH! And we bought hair dye for Shrimpie and me. Got him some temp black, so we can spray it in. Hope he looks better with it than I do XD
I got some sort of temp red to make my red hair brighter/more RED red.
We're going to look Effin' adorable...
BTW, I also picked up some cheap copies of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies and Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters. I've actually read part of PP before, so the difference is noticeable. But Seth Grahame-Smith does an amazing job of using the language Austen uses, writing like her, etc. I could barely put it down to work on the cover! XD
SGS just came out with another book as well:

So I felt distinctly unfabulous unromantic today, so I'm afraid the VDay fic will have to wait.
In fact, I felt downright shitty and bitter today.
I guess it has to do with last night and thinking about my childhood and talking about it withblackjackrocket . Then I was at the store, realized I didn't get anything for Valentine's Day (I did but didn't realize it), and picked myself up some strawberries covered in chocolate...and then it hit me that my mother was not only married by my age, but probably pregnant with me...
So yeah. Cue bitterness.
EDIT: Damn, I just realized I've kind of been selfish and a bitch today... *apologies to EVERYONE*
So, while I'm posting a story, it's...well, it technically a romance, but mostly a drama/angst.
I've actually been meaning to refer to this event at some point...
It isn't very well written, IMHO, but hopefully you'll like it a little.

So thanks to the wonderful people at pokemon for helping me find a Japanese sub of Mewtwo Returns. I'm watching it right now, and here are my impressions so far:
Which is actually kind of awesome.
Man, throw back to my childhood much?
Also, I can't be the only one who has noticed that Dan Green and Ted Lewis have played opposite of each other in at least two anime dubs. Here, it's Mewtwo/Giovanni, and in Yu-Gi-Oh, it's Yugi/Yami-Yugi and Bakura/Yami-Bakura.
Which makes it funny if you take clips of them talking to each other and put it in the opposite anime... (don't laugh, it's been done)
And whenever they do, the awesome quotient explodes.
And so far into part one, while the dub was pretty cool, the Japanese s kind of kicking it's ass. :-/
Update: Now that I finished the movie, I have concluded that the original is, for the most part, superior to the dub. The voice acting, the MUSIC (Oh my bob, the music is killer!), and the overall feel...
Hell, Domino actually came across as badass here, even with the SM voice XD (she just seemed kind of 'meh' to me before O_o)
But the Japanese don't have Dan Green or Ed Paul, so I must only give it a 9/10.... :/
Also, since today was the last day for the special, I went ahead and bought FRLG at GS when I was putting more money down on HGSS.
Man, now I am broke...
But it's worth it &hearts
Update 2: I FOUND MY DS! =D It was hiding in my room :-/ But now I can play FRLG!
Also, I updated my links so you can watch the Japanese Pokemon episodes. This makes me beyond happy to watch the originals. &hearts &hearts

So I'm really bored (and sort of tired, just having burned 400+ calories on Wii Fit Plus), so I started wondering what I should post next. Then it hit me: Have ya'll ask the characters questions! Any question will do (well, mostly), and you can ask any of the following characters:
Giovanni, Seren, Domino, Junior (G&S's oldest son, Domino's hubby), Silver, Rosa-Bree (G&S's oldest daughter, the adorable one from Bare), Jessie, James, Meowth, Alden Rochat (Giovanni's father), Mondo, &Madame Boss (we weren't able to get her here, seeing as she's in an Asylum and Seren's kind of threatened to kill her if she's ever outside it...)
I'll add more characters later, but let's stick with the ones that have made appearances (cameo or otherwise) thus far.
Basially, this is for me to flesh out things, so it'd be great if you all would help.

I'm coming up with nicknames for some Pokemon, and I need a little help...
It's a male umbreon, and so far, the nicknames I'm choosing between are:
Laila (LIE-luh; "Night")
Erev (Eh-rev; "Evening")
Considering its countrpart, Espeon, is nicknamed "Ora" (OR-rah; "Light"), I'm thinking Laila, but since it's male...
Some of the Pokemon in the group have nicknames already:
Fearow (M): Ayah ("Cormorant")
Dragonair (F): Tani ("Dragon")
Persian (F): Persia (LOL)
Cleffa (F): No nickname yet, working on that
I'm so very creative with nicknames aren't I...
Also, This is so freaking sweet. And take a look at the pics of the voice actors (and from what I've heard of the voice acting, it's awesome). It's official, Israelis are hot. Hm, so I got bored after coming home, I started wondering..what the hell do i call my shipping? Sakashi (Sakaki + HoSHIko, the Japanese version of Seren)

First story!
2009-01-20 23:0264. Beginning
As I am using these prompts to help me flesh out a fanfic I am writing, They may be a little long. Just to warn you.
I figured starting with the Beginning prompt would be helpful, and fun. My continuity will almost always be the show, but I’ll be throwing in tidbits from the manga every now in then. Sorry, folks, Silver may not be making an appearance, despite his badassery.
Speaking of which, this particular prompt is rated G, and takes place shortly after the Persian story in How I Became a Pokémon Card. Yeah, I consider that canon to the anime. Hush. :P
I've also had people ask wht the girls dislike her. The answer? They simply do. Considering I've been under the same thing as Seren in this one, I know all too well that little kids can be jerks.
