Let's lose weight! *fails at making witty title*
So, I've been struggling with weight problems since I developed depression when I was 15, and now I'm kind of pissed because I NEED to lose weight, but can't seem to make/motivate myself to exercise (even on WiiFit). I have a sweet tooth, too, so that always makes going out difficult...
So, I decided to start keeping up with stuff on my LJ. My exercise, the time, if i managed not to be a little treif* piggy that day/week...
Which means I need ya'lls help! I do best when i have motivation from a friend that keeps me honest, so If I'm going to blog this, I need friendly support! Pretty please?
Here's my starting goal:
22 lbs less, 3 months (as set by WiiFit)
Target BMI for goal: 34.67
Ideal goal:
At LEAST 80 lbs less, but I'd love to get down 100
Here's my stats:
My weight: 245 (Highlight to see... *sob*)
My Height: 5'7"
So, today, I'm going to do 30 minutes of exercise before bedtime!
Here's what I did on WiiFit:
Yoga (to build up to aerobics and training):
Hot damn, I beat my goal for today! ^.^
I'm also going to try drawing a little every day. Maybe I can get really good at drawing...
Doubtful, but I can hope, dammit! *punches air*
I'll try doing 15 minutes in the morning of something, too.
BTW, it's a bit more fun if you have some customized Miis in your Plaza as well, since they exercise alongside you in some games.
My favorite so far is the park run...because you get to see them running around and such. There's something inherently funny about Jessie chasing James... ^.^
I'm going to scribble for a bit, then hit the hay, because I just realized it's 4am! >_<

- Half-Moon pose (2 minutes)
- Sun Salutation (2 minutes)
- Standing Knee (2 minutes)
- Palm Tree (2 minutes)
- 10 minutes (various games)
- Various games (40 minutes)

On another note, I drew some stuff...it isn't very good, but one picture at least shows that there's some promise there...
The other ones at least have some humour to them. The first face I did is like "I are sad because I am not drawn well"...
the Giovanni-esque eyes I did by memory have been named "Epic Fail eyes" rofl
I'll have to scan in that page and post on DA... *goes off to dig up her "How to draw manga* book.*
So, damn it, I will lose weight, and I'll do my best to learn to draw!
