So my stupid insurance dropped me because they didn't get some paperwork from my school :/
and I had to go to the doctor for a REALLY bad cough and neck spasms. The cough, it seems, is from a Upper Respiratory Infection (URI), and once again, no one has an effin clue why my neck is spasming again...
All I know is that any time I cough, pain shoots through my neck...

I think something's conspiring against me...this happened at the beginning of the semester too... I don't have time for this nonsense, I have schoolwork to finish!

Woohoo, last week of schoolwork...

And then I have finals next week... :/ I just hope I'm feeling well enough to take them on extra credit days. I need those 10 extra points on the Trig final (Trig is EVIL, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!).

Reviews on Bare seem to be good so far. I'm rather pleased with how it came out. It seems I can actually write good drama/romance. Nothing Shakespearean, of course, but better than I used to write. Reading when you're not writing definitely helps you figure out your writing style. Being a Tolkien fan, I like to describe things in detail, but I'm trying to learn the balance there. No sense setting up the scene if the dialog sucks. :3
Also, as many have noted, I like describing the mindset behind characters and injecting feeling into a story. Like the next fic I write will probably have someone being sick...believe me, I can write someone being sick.
*hacks up a lung* Hm, kind of need that...

I'm going to go lay back down, my neck's spasming again... GAH, it hurts!

Really? Any idea what causes them?

This is the second time this year I got them. Last time (in August) they put me out if commission for two weeks, and that was after having to go to the ER for the pain, since we didn't know what was going on. 4 shots later, it only took the edge off, which is what this medicine is doing in. I'm basically taking Codeine syrup for my coughing (it's THAT bad), and Tramadol, Aleve, and Flexaril for the pain. Tramadol and Codeine every 6 hours, aleve and flexaril (1/2 or whole depending if I need to go to bed) every 8-12 hours. So I'm drugged 24 hours a day :P

Well, mine are most definitely not as serious as yours. I get them sometimes when I turn my head at a certain angle, so I'm not sure if they're caused by a medical condition or my own idiocy...
But all is know is that they are painful as anything. =_= It always feels like I'm bleeding internally in the back of my neck. Just... terrible. D:

Mine feel like my neck's in a vice, and it keeps tightening, loosing, tightening again... >_<

Well, hopefully go to college, if there's any non-community college that will take me. /bad student
I also really want to go on a trip the summer after senior year. I'm attempting to save up my money, but without a job it can be a little difficult. =_=

We're hoping my Dad gets a good bonus this April; before I start college, we're wanting to take the family on a cruise. My parents just celebrated their 25th anniversary in the Caribbean, so they want to take me for a graduation present.

I'm planning on going into nursing myself. Anything in particular you have in mind?

Sounds fun. (: My parents & I went on a cruise this summer to the Bahamas, and besides the second degree sunburn I received it was a pretty enjoyable vacay. (In other words: the food was good. xD)

Anddd... I really have no idea. D; I know I want to take a bunch of writing classes, but that's about it.
I wish I didn't have to worry about all this stuff, but senior year is fast approaching. x_x Not that I'm not excited to be out of high school, but... Yeah. It's a bit much to think about.
